41. D.C.I.
Director of Central Intelligence (director of the CIA), chief of Intelligence Community and main presidential advisor about information. The DCI, also known as DCIA (Director of Central Intelligence Agency), leads the Office of Emergency Planning too.

44. D.O.R.
Deadly Orgone Radiations, discovered by Wilhelm Reich. This D.O.R. is generated from orgone and radioactive energy and is deadly for humans. Following Reich, D.O.R. generates in the atmosphere as well. Flying saucers (Alpha Energies) used an orgone propulsion, expelling D.O.R. as a subproduct of such system. |

45. DD
Daylight Disc. It is part of the famous Hynek classification system, describing disc shaped objects sighted in the day sky. It has to be noted "Disc" includes any objects (eggs, cigar, triangular, etc.) seen during the day. Only a small fraction of sightings occurred during the day: the colour is white or silver, with rapid acceleration and no sonic "bang", not to forget the "dead leaf" descent.

A disinformation strategy in use when trith about a particular case, flap, or a phenomenon is polluted with false facts, evidence and other means aiming at convincing the public opinion that the case or phenomenon is not genuine. Debunking can employ the media and the power of scientists. |

49. Double exposure
In photography, double exposure is the process of exposing a film twice. Simply said, it's like taking a photograph twice but by using the same film. The result is a composite image. In ufology and parapsychology, hoaxes of this kind are common: photograph the sky and then a light to obtain a false photograph of a UFO. Appearently, this trick can be uncovered through a microdensimeter scan. Not every camera allows double exposures, by the way. |
